Vandals targeted six cars in Walmer last Friday night with residents waking up to find their tyres had been slashed.

One car owner, who wished to remain anonymous, claims not enough is being done to stop this from happening.

He said: “There’s no cameras or CCTV or anything.”

He claims the tyres were slashed and deflated slowly throughout the night.

Police confirmed officers are investigating reports of criminal damage to six cars in Walmer, believed to have taken place between 5pm on Friday, October 16, and 10.30am on Saturday, October 17.
