Helpers are needed when the Royal Marines Band from Portsmouth makes its annual visit to Walmer Green to perform on the Deal Memorial Bandstand.
The music starts at 2pm on Sunday, July 10, and the free event always attracts a huge crowd.
Bill Butler from the Deal Memorial Bandstand Trust said: "The trust committee is seeking volunteers who may be able to assist with various aspects of staging the concert, from selling raffle tickets to helping with collection buckets.
"The Royal Marines have honoured their promise every year to visit Deal for an annual concert and rededication service on the memorial bandstand.
"As the annual free concert and service has grown in popularity every year, attracting audiences in excess of 10,000 to Walmer Green, the Deal Memorial Bandstand Trust committee would like to invite as many volunteers as possible from the local community.
"Volunteers, including individuals and if possible teams from local youth groups, voluntary organisations and companies, are being recruited to assist with a range of tasks including the sale of concert programmes which will be printed by the East Kent Mercury, as well as helping with the host of other tasks necessary to help make to day run as smoothly as possible."
Anyone interested is asked to call 07766 538694 and leave a name and contact details. Or pick up an application form and further details from the East Kent Mercury office in Queen Street, Deal.
