There will be a chance to meet the Calendar Girls of Deal as well as enjoy a delicious afternoon tea at Wallett’s Court on Sunday, November 8.

The restaurant and spa is hosting the tea party in conjunction with the calendar’s stars to raise funds for Breast Cancer Now.

The hotel’s top of the range Garden of England Tea will be served in three sittings, at 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm, at a discount price of £10 – 50% of which will be donated to the charity.

The girls who featured in the calendar, which was predominantly shot within the hotel’s grounds, will be selling signed copies of it.

People who purchase a calendar will be entitled to book a treatment with a 10% discount with therapist Mary Bonas. Treatments range from hot-stone massage to crystal therapy and reiki.

Calendar girl Kerry Rubins said “We were thrilled to be able to use Wallett’s Court for the calendar, and are delighted to be hosting an afternoon tea party to sell as many calendars as possible.”

Taking a line from the famous 2003 film that inspired the shoot, she added: “Wallett’s Court has considerably bigger buns!”
