Dover manager Andy Hessenthaler says the last two games have shown his side have "turned the corner" after the worst run since he arrived at Crabble.

The Whites followed up Saturday’s last-gasp 1-0 win over promotion rivals Thurrock with a goalless draw at FA Cup heroes Staines Town on Tuesday and the Athletic boss has challenged his players to keep it up at Bromley on Saturday.

Hessenthaler said: "I was delighted with a point and four points from the two games. Staines drew with Millwall the other day and will be pushing at the end of the season.

"We performed not quite as well in the second half, but we defended for our lives, which is something we weren’t doing a few weeks ago."

He added: "Now we want to keep the momentum going and get on a run. Bromley are a good side but we can go in with confidence."

Jon Wallis and Olly Schulz should return but Dean Hill is doubtful with a calf injury.

Shaun Welford may shake-off a thigh strain but Wynter (ankle) and Jake Leberl (achilles) are rated 50/50 and will be assessed at training tonight (Thursday) while Craig Cloke (knee) remains out.
