Police are treating a fire at a house on Dover's Buckland Estate on Sunday afternoon as arson.

Two fire crews tackled the blaze for an hour following the alert at 4.50pm. A bedroom and the front of the houe at Celeveland Close were damaged.

A 22-year-old Dover woman was arrested on suspicion of arson that evening.

She has been released on bail until June 8 while investigations continue.
