A woman has been taken to hospital with a head injury after a fall near Deal Train Station.

Emergency services attended the incident on the railway bridge in London Road, shortly before 10.40am today.

A SECAmb spokesman said: “One ambulance crew attended. The woman, who was aged in her 60s, was assessed and treated at the scene before being taken to William Harvey Hospital.”

Police also attended.
