Bradley wins national judo title

Bradley Love's final match lasted only 46 seconds

DEAL'S Bradley Love powered his way to a national judo title in Sheffield on Sunday.

The Walmer College pupil won the 13/14yr under 66 kilo category in the British Judo Association championships.

Bradley, from Stockdale Gardens, won all of his fights with ippon, the maximum score, with his final match only lasting 46 seconds.

Travers Squire, his coach at the Thanet Judo Kwai, said: "Bradley’s technical ability is going from strength to strength, and this latest success leaves him as the number one ranked junior in his age bracket in Britain."
