Former FA Vase finalists Tunbridge Wells start their 2015/16 campaign on the road.
The draw for the second round of the competition was made at Wembley with Wells, who reached the final in 2013, visiting Combined Counties League side Knaphill who beat Cray Valley in extra-time on Saturday.
Deal, who enjoyed a 4-2 home win over Oxford City Nomads in the first round, face a tough task as they will travel to the winners of Kidlington or Ashford Town (Middlesex), who drew 2-2 after extra-time on Saturday. Kidlington are fifth in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division while Ashford are top of the Combined Counties League.
Both teams who use Ashford's Homelands stadium have been drawn at home which means Canterbury's tie with Erith & Belvedere is likely to be played on either the Friday or Sunday. Ashford will entertain Steyning Town.
It's the second time in three seasons the clubs have been drawn together.
The West Sussex side, are 15th in the Macron Southern Combination Division 1.
United won 2-0 away in a First Qualifying Round tie in September 2013.
They went onto reach the fourth round losing 2-1 in a much postponed tie against Hanwell Town.
Greenwich Borough make the trip to Eastbourne Town while Lordswood have home advantage against Carterton, who sit fourth in Division 1 West of the Uhlsport Hellenic League.
The reward for the winners of Wednesday night's replay between AFC Croydon Athletic and Beckenham Town is a trip to Sutton Common Rovers.
Ties are due to be played on Saturday, November 21.
