Former FA Vase finalists Tunbridge Wells start their 2015/16 campaign on the road.
The draw for the second round of the competition was made at Wembley with Wells, who reached the final in 2013, visiting Combined Counties League side Knaphill who beat Cray Valley in extra-time on Saturday.
Deal, who enjoyed a 4-2 home win over Oxford City Nomads in the first round, face a tough task as they will travel to the winners of Kidlington or Ashford Town (Middlesex), who drew 2-2 after extra-time on Saturday. It's the second time in three seasons the clubs have been drawn together.
The West Sussex side, are 15th in the Macron Southern Combination Division 1.
