The Stone family from Walmer celebrated a double golfing success as dad Glyn and daughter Jordan sunk their first hole-in-ones at the Walmer and Kingsdown club.
Fifty-year-old Glyn (h2), the last captain and a member since giving up rugby 25 years ago, achieved the accolade with 7-iron at the 135-yard par-3 14th during the November midweek Stableford.
Jordan, 16, who took up golf three years ago and plays off 18, holed her’s with a 7-wood at the 151-yard par-3 17th on Saturday.
Glyn said: “It’s an amazing thing for us both to hit them in the same week. My wife Wendy feels a bit left out now as she has yet to hit one and she’s been playing on and off for 20 years.”
