Kent golfer Karen Stupples produced her best performance of the year on the LPGA Tour at the weekend.
Stupples, from Deal, finished joint second in the Michelob ULTRA Open in Williamsburg, Virginia to collect a cheque for $138,548.
She returned a four-round, 12-under-par total of 272 to finish seven shots behind the winner, Sweden's Annika Sorenstam.
Stupples confirmed her standing as the top GB player on the LPGA Tour with five birdies and an eagle in a final round 66.
It was a third top-10 finish of the year for 34-year-old Stupples, who missed most of last year following the birth of her son, Logan, 13 months ago.
"I really feel I'm now getting back to my best again," said the two-time LPGA winner.
"It's lovely having Logan with me on tour, but it's also great to be back playing full-time again."
