Karen Stupples finished tied for 24th place in the Ricoh Women's British Open at Sunningdale.
The Deal professional finished on six-under-par 282, 12 shots behind the winner, Ji-Yai Shim of South Korea.
After firing an excellent first round 67, Stupples fell back in the second round with a one-over-par 73 on the same course where she won the British title four years ago, and rounds of 73 and 72 at the weekend were not enough to put her back in touch with the leading pack.
But Stupples had the consolation of finishing the top British player in the championship for the fifth time in the past six years.
