Karen Stupples finished joint 12th in the Kraft Nabisco Championship in Mission Hills, California - the first 'major' women's golf tournament of the year.

The Deal professional carded a four-round total of level par 288 to finish 11 shots behind the winner, Mexico's Lorena Ochoa.

Stupples, who led after the first round, won $35,621 which will act as a timely cash boost ahead of of her wedding in Las Vegas tomorrow (Tuesday) to her partner Bobbie Inman, who is also her caddie.
