Karen Stupples finished tied 31st in the US Women’s Open at Interlachen GC in Minnesota.

The Deal professional finished on five-over-par 297, 14 shots behind the winner, Inbee Park of South Korea.

Stupples, who will be returning home next month to play in the Women's British Open at Sunningdale, remains the leading British player on the US moneylist.

The 35-year-old is in 13th place with earnings so far this year of $399,909.
