Erith & Belvedere 1 Deal Town 5
Stuart Vahid grabbed a 33rd-minute second-half hat-trick as Deal equalled the season’s biggest away win in the Bulmers Cider Kent League Premier Division at Park View Road on Saturday.
Deal's job was made easier when home keeper Matt Bromby earned a straight red card just past the hour mark after bringing down Vahid inside the area.
Skipper Dave Bathgate converted to add to Vahid's opener.
Boss Derek Hares said: "It was an excellent performance, and our best for a long time. The sending off made no difference because I don’t think they were ever in the game, and we dominated from start to finish."
Deal went in front four minutes after the interval when a quick break put Vahid in, and he chipped the ball over Bromby.
After Bathgate's penalty Aaron Robinson made it 3-0 with a well-executed half-volley, and Vahid added his second soon afterwards, shooting home after stand-in keeper John Farley had spilled a cross.
Erith eventually pulled one back 12 minutes from time through Sam Prett before Vahid completed his hat-trick with a cool finish with seven minutes left.
Erith's joint managers Paul Gorman and Chris Cosgrove were ordered from the dug-out after comments to the referee following Bromby's dismissal.
