Dover came through their FA Cup tie with Guernsey on Saturday despite a spirited fightback by the Green Lions.
The game took place at Lancing FC in West Sussex after the clubs failed to agree on a time and date to play the game in Guernsey.
And the Whites went in front on eight minutes when James Rogers curled a shot beyond keeper Chris Tardif from 20 yards.
Nathan Elder missed several chances to make it 2-0 before he did double Dover's lead by converting Craig Stone's corner eight minutes before the break.
However, Guernsey came roaring back after the restart. Prolific striker Ross Allen pulled a goal back following Glyn Dyer's mazy run and he then levelled the tie from the penalty spot.
But the visitors were soon back in front. Rogers turned provider, crossing for Ricky Modeste to score the goal which sent Chris Kinnear's side through.
