A former school and church are among the properties going under the hammer in a couple of weeks.
The ex-boys' and girls' school in The Street, Ash, has planning permission to be converted into four homes and is being sold on the instructions of the trustees.
The property in Dover district is among 139 lots listed for online sale from December 12 to 14.
Auctioneer Kevin Gilbert said: “Permission has been granted for the extension of the building.
“It has bags of character and being at the heart of the village of Ash we anticipate interest from builders and developers.”
The freehold guide price is £350,000 to 360,000.
Meanwhile the former United Reformed Church in West Langdon near Dover, has a freehold guide price of £100,000-plus.
It was built in six weeks in 1866 and opened for service two days before that Christmas.
The property could be converted if all necessary planning consents are obtained.
Jon Rimmer, auction appraiser, said: “The former church is situated next to some cottages.
“Church conversions are popular and we sell many of them to developers and builders.
“This one has a garden at the side and back and is situated in a residential area.”
Other properties under the hammer include a substantial residential block at Victoria Park, Dover, which is currently let at £71,600 per annum.
The mid-terrace property close to Dover Castle is arranged with manager’s accommodation and 16 letting rooms. Again it could be converted with planning permission.
The freehold guide price is £500,000-plus.
Also for sale is a former care home at Lower Road in River.
The yellow brick building has 25 bedrooms and could be converted with planning permission.
The freehold guide price is £580,000 to £620,000.
