A cyclist was seriously injured and airlifted to hospital on Tuesday following a crash in Dover.
An air ambulance landed at the Port of Dover following a collision between a cyclist and a lorry in Townwall Street.
The accident happened near the entrance to the port at about 6.30pm.
Emergency services were called including Port of Dover Police.
The man in his 40s was treated at the scene by paramedics and flown to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford with head injuries, lacerations to his face and shoulder injuries.
SECAmb also attended with an ambulance and two response cars.
The accident comes with Operation Stack still in force on the M20.
In a statement the Port of Dover said: "The Port of Dover can confirm that a road traffic incident has taken place at the entrance to the port at 6.30pm."
