Cash and a "small quantity" of alcohol was stolen from One Stop in Whitfield on Tuesday night.
The robbery took place at the store, in Bewsbury Cross Lane, at 9.40pm.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "During the incident cash from a till and a small quantity of alcohol was taken. Officers attended and inquiries are ongoing."
