People living near a fire which saw several garden sheds and fences go up in flames were advised to keep windows and doors shut.
The blaze broke out yesterday just after 10pm in Dover.
A number of garden sheds and fences in Archers Court Road in Whitfield were caught up in the fire.
Crews extinguished a large amount of rubbish, an outbuilding, and a disused caravan.
A volunteer response team from Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) also attended and provided support to affected residents.
Eight fire engines attended the scene and crews worked to extinguish the flames by 3.38am Tuesday, October 18.
As a precaution, residents nearby were advised to keep windows and doors shut, but have now been told they no longer need to do so.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
The fire service has asked people to share this information with any loved ones or neighbours in the affected area, who might not have access to the internet.
