INTRUDERS have caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage at Buckland Hospital in Dover.

Police are appealing for information after vandals broke in to the hospital buildings at Coombe Valley Road.

A sink was damaged and this caused water to spill out, resulting in a large amount of damage.

The offenders also entered the X-ray room and rummaged through cupboards, but it is not thought anything was stolen.

The break-in occurred between 6.10pm on Saturday and 6am on Sunday. Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Phil Harvey-Hendley on 01303 289330.
