Police were called after a man was seen wielding a knife in Biggin Street, Dover.

Officers received reports of a disturbance on Saturday, October 31, at 12.30pm.

They attended and seized a knife.

A Kent Police spokesman said: “The alleged suspect was no longer on the scene. Officers spoke to the victim who did not wish to provide any further details.”
