Ferry services are getting back to normal at Dover after technical problems.

Delays around the port itself, which began building up yesterday evening, have now eased on the A20 and M20.

The hold-ups were caused by systems problems experienced by ferry company DFDS combined with increased security measures.

Traffic in Dover heads to and from the port

P&O and Eurotunnel passengers can travel as normal but travellers are being advised to be prepared for any delays on their journeys and to allow plenty of time to reach their destination.
