A missing Dover mum has made contact with friends following a Facebook appeal to find her.

Kerry Card, from Dover, went missing on Sunday morning, sparking a Facebook appeal on Wednesday morning.

One friend described her disappearance as "out of character" and had asked people to share her picture on social media.

Police confirmed they were investigating her whereabouts.

It is now believed she has contacted her friends and she is safe and well.
