A woman was taken to hospital following a fight involving a number of people in Dover.

Police attended the incident on Friday night around 10.30pm following reports the incident in Bewsbury Cross Lane in Whitfield.

Two people were arrested on suspicion of assault.

The 41-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man, both from Whitfield, have both been released pending further investigations.
