Appeal after man plunges 50ft over cliff

KENT Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident in which a man fell about 50 feet over cliffs.

The Kent Air Ambulance was called to Langdon Cliffs at Dover and airlifted the man to the William Harvey Hospital at Ashford. Police said he was being treated for leg injuries.

A spokeswoman for Kent Police said Sunday's incident was being investigated and witnesses were urged to contact them on Dover (01304) 240055.
