Appeal by police for dashcam film after death of man in his 90s in Vauxhall Agila, South Military Road, Dover

Police need witnesses after a man in his 90s was killed in a road crash.

A car collided with a grass verge in South Military Road, Dover, at 10.20am last Sunday.

Officers particularly want dashcam footage taken by other drivers at the time.

The elderly driver was at first assessed at the scene but had to go to a local hospital.

But a Kent Police spokesman said: "He was then transferred to a London hospital, where he died.

"Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the incident and would like to hear from anyone who saw the vehicle or has dashcam footage at the time of the collision."

Both police and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the crash and the car, a white Vauxhall Agila, was recovered.
