A man has been charged with attempted murder after a reported town centre stabbing.
Police were called at 12.30am on Monday (May 20) following reports a man had been assaulted outside an address in Biggin Street, Dover, and sustained injuries consistent with stab wounds.
Officers and paramedics attended and the victim was airlifted to a London hospital. He has since been discharged.
Inquiries were carried out at the scene and a suspect, believed to be known to the victim, was arrested shortly afterwards.
On Tuesday (May 21), officers charged Robbie Dunn, 23, with attempted murder, robbery and possession of a knife in a public place.
Mr Dunn, of no fixed address, appeared before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on the same day and was remanded in custody.
His next hearing is at Maidstone Crown Court on June 17.
