That's the message from the Godden family who are in charge of the building, the former Castle Amusements facing Townwall Street, Dover.
A statement from the family said: “The building is within the Dover Waterfront (development) area and is due to be demolished in the coming months to allow for wholesale regeneration proposals to be brought forward for the Bench Street area.

“We can confirm that we are exploring options for the retention, removal or sale of the piece, in conjunction with the Bankrobber Gallery in London.
"Furthermore we will look to benefit local charities with proceeds from any sale of the piece.”
The Brexit-inspired artwork shows a workman chipping away one of the stars of the European Union flag.
It attracted immense interest when it appeared on the flank wall on Sunday and artwork by the mystery artist can sell for more than £1 million.
The family said the building is owned by a company controlled by the Goddens.
This, according to the Land Registry, is Maudesley Limited of Stamford Hill in London.
