Dover firefighters attend car fire in Whitfield

Firefighters from Dover attended a car fire in Whitfield last night (Sunday).

One crew attended Old Park Barracks at 6.55pm and put out the blaze using a hose reel jet.

The cause of the fire is still unknown and the owner was not present at the time.

The crew left after 25 minutes, once the flames had been put out and the area made safe.
