Police are investigating after a car was destroyed in a fire late last night.

Fire crews were called to reports of the blaze in Military Road, at the Western Heights in Dover, at 10.30pm.

They used foam to tackle the flames, with two engines at the scene throughout.

The Vauxhall was so badly burned that they could not tell what model it was.

Police have been approached for comment.
