A celebration of falconry of the time of King Henry VIII, due to take place at Dover Castle this weekend, has been postponed because of the forecast of bad weather.
Dressed in 16th-century robes, professional historic falconers Raphael Falconry were due to give a display with their beautiful and fast-flying hunting hawks, peregrine falcons, owls and kestrels to demonstrate the art of Tudor falconry.
The event will now take place on the weekend of September 20 and 21.
