Dover College has detailed its plans to cope with with the national schools shutdown.
All in Britain are closing tomorrow because of the coronavirus pandemic and will have to resort to remote teaching.
The Dover independent school, at Effingham Crescent, will from next Monday morning teach on its digital e-learning platform.
The school remains open today and tomorrow for pupils to collect their belongings.
Overseas boarders stranded in England can stay on at the college until their flights leave in the coming week.
Parents of these children are told to raise any questions with the relevant housemaster or housemistress,
Parents who are NHS key workers and need extra support should contact headmaster Gareth Doodes.
Details of Dover College's closure were put out on its website.
The statement finally said: "Keep well in this challenging time. We at the College are all here for you, and especially for your children."
The Department for education says that schools will be shut for the foreseeable future to all children.
This is except those classed as vulnerable and those whose parents are key workers such as police, NHS staff and food delivery drivers.
