Two cars crashed in Jubilee Way in Dover this morning, causing further delays for drivers.

Police were called at 9am to deal with the collision, which caused one of the cars to flip onto its roof.

Officers and ambulance crews attended the scene.

Drivers were already facing delays in the area because of a backlog of lorries trying to cross the Channel.

The London-bound carriageway was closed while the vehicles were recovered, but fully re-opened just before noon.

One SECAmb ambulance car attended but a spokesman said no one required hospital treatment.
