There was delays to traffic in Folkestone Road, Dover, yesterday after a pedestrian was knocked down.

The incident took place at around 4pm.

Kent Police confirmed they were called at 5.48pm to reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a car.

Secamb attended and the man sustained minor injuries. He was not taken to hospital.

The road was not closed but there was slow moving traffic.
