A Dover man has been charged with going onto a football pitch during Dover Athletic's play-off victory at Ebbsfleet on Saturday.

Neil Bartley, 46, of St Davids Avenue, allegedly went onto the playing field at the Skrill South final between Ebbsfleet United and Dover Athletic in Northfleet.

He was charged under Section 4 of the Football Offences Act.

Bartley has been bailed to appear at Dartford Magistrates’ Court on June 26.
