The 62nd person has been charged in connection with the Dover riots.
And the accused man was arrested just a couple of weeks before the first anniversary.
Craig Nickel, 35, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with committing violent disorder during the two-faction demonstrations last January 30.
He as been bailed to appear before Folkestone magistrates on Wednesday, March 1.
Nickel is of no fixed address but with links to the London area.
The riots had broken out from clashes between far right marches, from groups such as the National Front and South East Alliance and anti-fascist counter demonstrators.
It led to pitched battles with protesters from both sides throwing missiles at each other from either end of Effingham Street.
