A man in his 20s was taken to hospital with leg pain after a crash in Dover on Monday night.

Two cars were involved in the collision that happened just after 7pm on Crabble Hill near the traffic lights, blocking the road and leaving at least one person injured.

Firefighters, who were on their way back from another incident, stopped at the scene and used cutting gear to free the driver.

He was taken to Ashford's William Harvey Hospital by ambulance.
