Twenty-one people have been charged following a mass of dawn drugs raids.
Police previously charged 11 people after the busts across Dover.
The charges for 67 offences have been brought by the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate after 36 warrants were executed in the early hours of February 4, 5 and 6.
Ch Supt Nigel Brooks, divisional commander for the East Division, said: "This enforcement action was carried out in addition to the daily proactive patrols our teams take across Dover to prevent drug dealing and detain those who bring illegal substances to our communities.
"Our efforts will not stop and anyone with ambitions to come to Dover to supply class A drugs should be aware that we have the resources and expertise to identify suspects and detain them.
"We are committed to improving the quality of life for residents in Dover.
"In addition to our enforcement action, we are working closely with our partners to identify those at risk of harm and prevent them from possible exploitation or substance abuse."
The following people have each been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
They will all appear before Canterbury Crown Court on Monday, March 9.
They are Paul Hunt, 51, of Auden Way, Dover: Iqbal Miah, 23, of John Street, South Norwood, London: Tuwarne Matthews, 19, of no fixed address: Kestutus Levickas, 32, of Shooters Hill, Dover; and Paul Raworth, 51, of Squires Way, Dover.
The following people will appear before Folkestone Magistrates' Court in connection with drug supply.
Appearing on Wednesday, March 4, are Christopher Harrington, 50, of Royal Victoria Place, Dover: Cormac Ward, 40, of Leyburne Road, Dover; and Daniel Aldridge, 47, of Leybourne Road, Dover.
Appearing on Wednesday, March 18, are Chay Lenthall, 37, of Prince of Wales Terrace, Deal: Charlie Cullen, 2, of St David’s Avenue, Dover; and Nicola Bradshaw, 48, of Crabble Hill, Dover.
Appearing on Wednesday, March 25, are Gavin Lockwood, 28,of Folkestone Road, Dover: Jamie Hardcastle, 43, of Peverell Road, Dover: Gayle Walker, 53, of Cannon Street, Dover: Benjamin Evans, 31, of Military Road, Dover: James Lewis, 40, of Churchill Road, Dover: Katie Barnes, 27, of no fixed address: Amy Marsh, 26, of Montreal Close, Dover; and Roxanne Jeffries, 31, of Forelands Square, Deal.
Appearing on Wednesday, April 22 is Abdul Nesai, 58, of Cannon Street, Dover.
Meanwhile a 17-year-old boy will appear before Canterbury Youth Court on Monday, March 30, charged with five counts of supplying class A drugs.
The first 11 people charged appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, February 6, accused of conspiring to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
At the hearing Abdul Jalloh, 33, of Folkestone Road, Dover, and Archie Foad, 19, of Victoria Park, Dover, were both remanded in custody.
They will next appear at Canterbury Crown Court on March 9.
Six of the 11 were released on bail and will next appear at Canterbury Crown Court on the same date.
These are David Murray, 26, of Templar Street, Dover: Jordan Wills, 24, of Coombe Valley Road, Dover: John Butterworth, 27, of London Road, Dover: Richard Harvey, 40, of Winnipeg Close, Dover; Sarah Manser, 24, of Clarendon Street, Dover; and Sarita Ripley, 22, of William Pitt Avenue, Deal.
A 17-year-old boy also admitted conspiring to supply crack cocaine and heroin. He will be sentenced at Canterbury Youth Court on Monday, March 2.
Lewis Carney, 31, of Maison Dieu Place, Dover, also appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on February 6.
He was charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin and supplying crack cocaine and heroin.
He has been bailed to attend Canterbury Crown Court on March 9.
Paul Roberts, 45, of no fixed address, also appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on the same date charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.
He has been remanded in custody to also appear at the crown court on March 9.
