Drug users in Dover are being warned that there could be a “bad” batch of heroin in circulation in the town.

A number of incidents have been reported where addicts have suffered adverse reactions to heroin they have taken, and a post mortem examination is being carried out on one man who was found dead this week to determine whether heroin was the cause.
