A gift wrapping station and an elf workshop are part of a retail complex's Christmas family day
It is from 11am to 3pm this Saturday at St James' Retail and Leisure Park in Dover.
A festive marquee will be put up and there will be a wheel of fortune giving £500 worth of retail prizes for shoppers who spend at least £20.
St James' Dover is teaming up with members of Dover Winter Night Shelter to host a the gift-wrapping for visitors.
There will also be a do it your 'elf workshop for children to take part in craft activities.
In addition Santa Claus will visit with two of his reindeer.
The event comes exactly two weeks after the complex had its first Christmas lights switch-on, on November 30.
The £53 million centre only opened for the first time in March 2018.
Facilities manager, Geoffrey Hobbs-East, said: “The festive period is the perfect opportunity for us to say thank you to our loyal shoppers and visitors for their support during 2019."
"What better way to do that than by giving away a number of great retailer prizes?"
Dover Winter Night Shelter is available for the homeless during the coldest three months of the year from December 1.
It is run by Dover Outreach Centre and supported by local churches.
