Two actors from Dover have parts in a film tipped to be one of the summer’s blockbusters.
Karol Steele and Behdad Zare are in Wild Child, which was shot on location at Cobham Hall in Kent.
The movie tells the story of a rebellious American teenager who is sent to a strict English boarding school to be straightened out.
It stars Emma Roberts (niece of Julia Roberts) as Poppy the wild child of the title, Natasha Richardson as the head teacher and Aidan Quinn as Poppy’s father.
The film also stars Alex Pettyfer, Shirley Henderson, Juno Temple, Daisy Donovan, Selena Cadell and Nick Frost.
Karol played the part of the school’s religious education teacher, and, providing the scene isn’t cut from the final edit, will be seen evacuating the school during a fire.
Behdad, a student at Kent University, is one of the lads from a neighbouring school, and will be seen during the school prom scene.
The film will be in cinemas from August 15.
