Firefighters were called to put out a small fire near Dover harbour.

A small vegetation fire was reported on the bank side of Elizabeth Street across from Dover Marina.

One fire engine was sent to the scene at 11.55am with the crew using a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.

No injuries were reported and the fire was put out by 12.15pm.
