Police are appealing to the public to help find a missing man.

Hung Van Tran, 45, was last seen in the Dover High Street area on Tuesday, February 13.

A police spokesman said: "Officers have conducted a number of enquiries to establish his location and have identified he has links to the Devon and Cornwall areas."

Hung Van Tran, from Dover, is Vietnamese and is described as being around 5ft 6in tall with a slim build and short, dark hair.
