A narrow village road is blocked because a lorry is unable to turn around.

The commotion, in Hillside Road, has been spotted by several residents just at 9.45am today.

A police spokesman said: "We were called to reports a lorry was stuck on a tight bend.

"Officers are currently trying to assist with getting the lorry moved."

It is feared people heading for Buckland Hospital in Coombe Valley Road could be delayed.

The road paves one of the main routes to the centre.
