A man has been charged with modern day slavery offences.

Rudolf Maco, of London Road, Dover, was arrested in connection with an incident involving a woman between August and November last year.

The 29-year-old has since been charged with four sex offences and forcing a person to perform labour.

He has been bailed to appear at Folkestone Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, June 14.
