A man from has been arrested in connection with child sex offences.

Dean Luckhurst, 23, from Dover, was arrested by police in Margate on Friday.

He has been charged with inciting sexual activity with a child and engaging in sexual activity with a child.

The incidents are reported to have happened in the Sittingbourne area earlier this year.

Luckhust, of no fixed address, was due to appear before magistrates in Medway today.
