POLICE say an 11-year-old boy reported missing from his home has been found safe and well.

Officers had said they were extremely concerned for the welfare of Liam Mannel who disappeared from his family home in Folkestone Road, Dover, at about 11am on Monday.

An appeal was made for information about the whereabouts of Liam, and police said this afternoon that he had been found in Dover.
