A postman has achieved his goal of running every single day during 2019.
He has now and raised nearly £4,500 for charity.
Kevin Hart, of Dover, clocked up 2,401 miles through the year, smashing his original target of 2,136.
Mr Hart, who turned 39 yesterday, completed his task at Dover Seafront on New Year's Eve, having run at least 5km (3.1 miles) every day.
He told Kent Online: "The whole experience has been brilliant. The support I've had has been unbelievable throughout the year.
"I just can't thank everyone enough.
"Some days of running have been good, some have been bad.
"But I've had the fortune of some really nice people to run with. It makes such a difference having someone next to you."
Mr Hart often ran with Dover Road Runners, of whom he is a member, and he personally thanked them as well as his wife Claire for their support.
His JustGiving page showed that he had by today raised exactly £4,329, which is 18% over his target of £3,650.
It was for Dover RNLI, Dover Community First Responders and Breast Cancer Now.
Mr Hart at times took on marathons such as the London and Brighton ones in April.
In June he joined the 36-miles Deal to New Romney route of the Clifftop Challenge from Deal to Hastings.
He joined the Folkestone Rotary Half Marathon in September.
His achievements through the year added up to the equivalent of nearly 92 marathons.
Mr Hart said that his most difficult runs were when he was on holiday in Paphos in Cyprus in September when the temperature was 30C at 9am.
Mr Hart ran to the Boxing Day Dip at Dover Seafront last week and with a mass of others waded into the freezing water.
His final run on New Year's Eve, as part of a large group, was up and down Dover Seafront and the Marina Pier and totalled 5km.
