A multi-car crash has blocked a main road in both directions.

Alkham Valley Road, near Dover, is shut between Alkham Road and Wolverton Hill following the incident involving four cars.

Police and paramedics are at the scene, with drivers being told to turn around.

Stagecoach says its 91A service is being diverted and is currently unable to serve Alkham Valley.

A SECAmb spokesperson said: “SECAmb were called at approx. 14:16 today (20/12/24) to reports of a multi-vehicle RTC on Alkham Road. Crews assessed and treated two patients at the scene, before conveying one patient to William Harvey Hospital for further medical treatment and discharging the second patient on scene.”
